Individual Giving

Why Give to the Annual Fund?

City Theatre takes risks.  Ticket sales account for 24% while Community Giving accounts for 76% of our annual operating costs, and we rely on the support of our generous donors so that that artists such as Sharon Washington have the opportunity to create freely and boldly. Feeding the Dragon will forever be known as having its world premiere in Pittsburgh and you make this possible. Together we will develop the next generation of bold new plays and theatre artists.
